8 weeks without my ca

15/6/13 Car over heat
18/6/13 Took it to Hyundai Brackenfell
24/6/13 Something wrong with the top
03/7/13 Must drill the block (Quotation R33000 all included)
12/7/13 They said they can't find sleeves
29/7/13 Ask the size to look for it myself
30/7/13 They said there are sleeves in South Africa, they dint know (Sleeves cost /- R2500 each)
01/8/13 Ask them to fix my car (New sleeves and price R33000 as per quotation)
02/8/13 Went to see them, they said that they will fit second hand sleeves for free. I agree.
07/8/13 Second hand sleeves doesn't fit.

I were so naive to believe them without asking I written quotation, on 02/8/2013 I ask them to mail it to me still received nothing. 30/7/2013 I ask for a car to use, still nothing. After 4 weeks I found out that the sleeves wasn't included in the quotation. And they to me telling me they cant find it, not saying that they made a mistake with the quotation in the first place. I were under the impression that the sleeves were include and that they just can't find any. Even customer care does not come back to me accept for Nadine, thanks. And Deon at Brackenfell, I know you want to help but are under orders and cant do as you want
