Outsurance Quotation incorrrect Dr Order Deduction

I contact Outsurance for a vehicle insurance quotation and the agent insisted that they need my bank details to verify and confirm the Quotation. Which company asks for your bank details for a quotation, that is not legal business practice. After leaving several written emails to Outsurance I've had no response, then I called them yesterday to cancel the Quotation Policy, Adrian (their agent) tells me that a dr order of R150.00 might go off my account, I put a stop order of R150.00 with my bank. This morning Outsurance puts a debit order of R150.35 through and not R150.00 as confirmed with their call centre agent. They are the most incompetent company to do business with and I will NEVER do business with Outsurance again.
