On Tuesday 16th I went to Technostar for a quotation. I was promised that the quotation would be sent by 10h00 on Wednesday 17th April. It is now 08h45 on Thursday 18th and I haven't received the quotation even after making four telephone calls. I have taken time from work to go and lodge my claim, but have no quotation to work from. If this is how shoddy their service is prior to having a repair done, I shudder to think how much worse the actual repairs will be!
