Complaint against Renault dealership in Midrand

I feel that I have received an appalling service from Renault dealership in Midrand, from this dealership. I made a phone call to the dealership on the 22nd of January requesting a quotation for a 2013 Renault Megan Dynamic, with the extras included and indicated that I also have a car to trade-in. The gentleman I spoke to was Leonard Phokungwane, he gave me a verbal quotation of R219k which included metallic paint, admin and registration fees as well as smash and grab. He refused to send me a quotation via email and said that it is not company policy to send quotations before I fill in the vehicle finance application. My husband to our car in for inspection and indicated that the car is still financed by the bank and we waited to hear what will be offered for the trade in. The next day, on the 2nd of February I received a call from Leonard's manager saying a big mistake was done with the application process but he was taking full responsibility for the mistake and will do everything in his power to assist. He promised to give me a call on Monday 4th so we can resolve the matter, that was the last time i heard from anyone from that dealership.
