BAD SERVICE AT RENAULT WOODMEAD

My finance was approved on the 09.05.2013, paid the deposit on the same day and the paper work was completed. First of all the sales consultant did not explain to me from the word go that I was going to wait for the car for weeks because they did not have fleet on the floor. I had to be the one who would call and enquire what was going on and only then did this guy tell me about the story that they did not have cars on the floor and they were waiting on Renault SA to deliver. I have emails to prove my enquiries. I spoke to him on Tuesday and he assured me that the cars will be delivered on Friday which is today. I made a follow up as usual and I was told that the cars have not arrived yet. I have been waiting two weeks for this car essentially. That is not acceptable. I also tried calling Renault SA and they themselves are not answering the phone.
