After several email postings on my complaint to Debonairs my complaint to date had not been resolved no receiving an acknowledgement of receipt of such complaint.
I telephonic ordered a Pizza from the Lenasia South Branch and it was a late delivery after calling them more than twice to check the order. Eventually when it was delivered out of the promised time frame it was delivered cold, the DOT was Black and the driver notified by dismissed the concern even acting ignorant their 'Quality Promise'.
Worst customer service was when management was notified of my dissatisfaction Mr Nicholas who presented himself as the manager was dismissive not helpful at all and told me to escalate the complaint which I did but to no avail. I have been a customer of this Branch for the past 5 years plus and second time received such shoddy service. This will be last time I utilize the services of this Branch.
