Late deliver, bad attitude, no follow up

Debonairs Grassy Park took 2 hours to deliver two pizzas on 14/09/2013. I phoned them after an hour and I just got "we're busy" and total "I don't care" attitude from the staff member who answered the phone. He also told me the driver had just left. 45 minutes later, still no pizza, another phone call to them which also said "the driver has just left". Finally our pizzas arrived and they were cold. The dot was black on presentation but the driver refused to give our money back. We phoned the manager who also said that he can't give the money back. So this policy of "if its black, its free" is a lie. My pizza was ICE cold by the time I got to the last slice. I complained on their facebook page [URL Removed] and got a response to say they would call. They eventually phoned me on Monday to say someone would phone me within 48 hours. I haven't received a phone call but got an sms to say my complaint has been resolved. It has not been resolved, I haven't received any feedback at all and they owe me R109 for cold pizza. The attitude I have received from them has been appalling, total disregard for my complaint and "I don't care" attitude from all.
