I ordered a Large Pizza on Friday night, 23rd August from Westville Mall for delivery. The till slip said the order went through at 19:31.By 20:20 I still had not received my pizza. So I phoned them and there was no apology, just a lame "the driver has just left now" - That's not good enough!
So the driver eventually arrives at 20:30!!! And sure enough, the "dot" on the box is black. Does he offer an apology? NO. He just says if he gives me the pizza free then it has to come out of HIS pocket, when it was the Management's fault at the store. Making me feel bad.
Debonairs say if the dot is black, it's free. I've never received a black dot on delivery, but when I do, they don't deliver on their promises, neither do they even apologise.
WESTVILLE MALL IS A SHOCKING BRANCH!! DEBONAIRS HEAD OFFICE NEED TO PULL THE FRANCHISE FROM THE OWNERS AND SELL IT TO SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!!
This is not the first time I have experienced SHOCKING service from them.
