phoned the store and only then I were informed that they are busy. @ 20:59 the driver delivered my order only to find out my pizza is cold. I phoned the store again to complain. The manager apologised and promised me a 20% discount on my next order. What happened to the so called quality promise "HOT OR NOT"
I never knew it takes an hour and a half to make and deliver a pizza. I'm 7 kilometers from the store. PATHETIC SERVICE DEBONAIRS
