Reference Number 89721 - this was the sms received from Debonairs when I logged the complaint on the 20th of May 2013. Since then, I have re-logged my complaint and number and received no response. The short story is that we placed a telephonic order which took forever as we had to spell everything for the lady taking our call - you would think they would be familiar with areas? The delivery guy then hooted outside our premises - we do have doorbell? Shoved the pizza in our hands, grabbed the bucks and left very quickly. We soon realised that this was because the pizza was ice cold. 2 people phoned me to see if the call was sorted - both promised to follow up and of course neither did. I have reclogged the complaint on the Debonairs site at least 5 times - still no response. I would have remained a Debonairs fan had this complaint been taken seriously. Pathetic Debonairs
