Cold pizza and Sub/Late Delivery

I ordered a pizza and a sub at the Centurion Lifestyle Debonairs at 17:54 and I was told that it would take 30 minutes to an hour to deliver, but it was delivered at 19:15 with the sticker on the pizza half black and i showed the driver. Mind you I had called at 18:55 to check on the pizza and I was informed that the driver had left the store. The driver advised me to call the store and by that time the sticker was completely black. The manager of the store insisted that I pay for the pizza and "that maybe they will give me a packet of chips or something with my next order." I was shocked that instead of dealing with my complaint and assuring me that it will not happen again he was more interested in paying for the cold pizza and sub.

I paid for my order as the manager had said I would like to find out if the "if its not red sticker its free" is just used just for marketing purposes as I certainly did not get a free pizza when a cold pizza was delivered to me.

By the time I got back into my house I had to warm the pizza and sub in the microwave which made me loose my appetite. I had paid for a pizza that I did not even enjoy
