I've ordered pizza a few times from this branch, always been happy. But today I ordered my triple meaty decker at 4pm and asked for delivery at 7.45pm. The pizza was on time but not what we expected! There is suppose to be cream cheese on the pizza, but that was missing. My husband had another appointment and chewed long on a few slices of very hard and dry crust. I phoned the branch to complain, I was told the manager will phone me back. 2 hours later I phoned again and spoke to the manager, it seemed like she was not really interested in my complaint and read all my previous orders and said I have not ordered the triple decker before and therefore will not know that it tastes different from other pizzas! She fails to realize there is more than one debonairs in the country and that I do know how that pizza is suppose to look and tastes. She then said she will send me a different pizza and I must return the decker.
I really feel Debonairs should make sure there managers know how to handle a customer complaint. I payed R90 and have to settle for a R50 pizza!
