On Sunday the 27th October, we ordered a pizza for delivery from the Florida road Debonairs branch. We phoned them at 19:48pm for which i have a call log. 45 minutes later i called to check if they had in fact processed the order and i was hung up on. When i phoned back i was told there was a system issue but my order was on the way.
At 9pm i phoned back to check again, by now we were well past dinner time and i just wanted to know if the order was coming or not so that i could make another plan for food. i was assured it was on its way. At 9:30pm the driver finally arrived! When i told the driver i was not paying because of how late it was, he told me that i would have to go to the store and speak to the manager! What kind of service is this!! What happened to the 40 minutes or its free rule?
What was even more annoying is that the second he took the pizza out of the thermal bag, the dot immediately changed to black, the pizza was cold. When i complained about it, i was told once again that for a free pizza i had to go into the store and talk to the manager first.
COLD and LATE pizza is unacceptable, as is incompetent employees. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS???
