Longest queue

I'm KFC as send this, i'm on the queue to but wings, its been more than 20 minutes and we are served by 1 person as our cashier, before i joined the queue, i spoke to her, asking if is there anyone who can assist her since there are so many people on the queue, she said there is nothing she can do, we have to wait, it took us 30 minutes to get what we want, just because of the queue, it's full here, you need more staff members. Another thing the number 0828669937 is not working, i've tried more than once in different days, i'm not getting hold of anyone. Please remove this number in ur stores, all of them. Thank you.
