We had walked into the restaurant and stood at the entrance awaiting assistance. We were clearly snubbed by two waitresses that acknowledged our presence, yet walked straight pass us. A white couple with a kid then entered. A white gentleman, appearing to be the manager, walked straight pass us, up to the couple and warmly welcomed the man with a handshake, followed by a hug and a kiss for the wife. In this time, we were still not assisted. I'm pretty certain this is a issue, as I was ignored in a similar manner when purchasing a take away at the same branch on the previous day. Being overlooked for white customers on two consecutive occasions leaves me in doubt with my conclusion. The service is pathetic and I will make it a point to steer clear from this establishment, and to advise all friends and family from my background to do the same.
