Telkom gateway POOR service! NO service!

Sat 11th January 11.30am I went to gateway shopping centre Telkom store. There were about 15 people waiting for service. No one knew what queue to stand in? There is absolutely NO signage or staff offering help!! I waited in a queue for 15 minutes, only to be told that that queue is NOT for enquiries on ADSL, only mobile phones?!! I joined another queue for 10 minutes. It did not move, with 5 people in front of me, and so left the store, VERY frustrated!
Secondly, I think it is shocking that a customer must wait at LEAST 45 minutes (probably an hour) in a Telkom queue, before being attended to?!!! I will NOT go back to Telkom! I am now investigating other internet service providers... and I will find one that offers GOOD customer service, and one that VALUES their customers, unlike Telkom!!
