I am sitting at Mug and Bean Fourways Mall. I have looked forward to a skinny Cappucino all morning (I have one at least one a week at this restaurant in Fourways Mall). I have just been told that the "machine is broken" and that I can't have coffee with hot milk either!
The restaurant is packed to capacity and I find it unbelievable that there is no back-up machine at a successful shop such as this. To then be told I have to drink cold milk with my coffee - which I waited for way over twenty minutes - is unacceptable.
It made me hand back the menu as I no longer felt like ordering anything else and it makes me reconsider the coffee shop down the hall for my weekly cuppa instead of the Mugg and Bean in Fourways Mall.
