Waiting 15 minutes in queue for a workout!

For the last two days the queue at the Vanderbijlpark gym was unacceptably handled. Me and my gym partner arrived at the gym at 4:57 this morning only to find a queue that stretched all the way up the stairs across the road. We only arrived in time to exercise at 5:15. Now that is 25% of our gym workout that we had to wait in a queue. Could you please look into working this problem out ASAP?
