I waited ten minutes in the queue only to be told card payments are not accepted at that till. No one said anything in the ten minutes that I stood in that queue and there was no signage or anything that indicated that "only cash" is accepted at that specific till. There was no apology for the inconvenience I was caused because it was my fault that I was not in the queue when that cashier announced that card payments are not accepted at her till. So I had to be taken to queue at another till. Hehehe right at the back. Eventually, I got served. And then I had to for someone from another till to come pack my groceries. And oh why do you have a butchery because it is never attended to. I mean like I've never never ever seen anyone there
