I received an sms to say my credit has been upgraded I must go to my branch. I went to the account queries desk. A lady called Sibongile was there and she told me "wait for the tall guy, he will help you" (he was serving a long queue of customers at this point at a till point as a cashier) I waited for a while and noticed the queue was getting longer. I said but what you mean is I must keep waiting but the queue will not get shorter as more people are coming. She said "so maybe you should come back later" I went out for about 15 minutes & the queue was still long. Sibongile was no longer there & another consultant was sitting in the account queries point. I told him about the sms & asked if he could check what my new credit was. He said go into the queue & that tall guy will help you. I told him I cannot join the queue because I was here & when I asked if I had joined the queue by now I would be finished. He said well you are misled. I asked him if this would be the best service he can offer even after I explained myself. He said what service do you want then? They continued to be rude till I left. Please change staff at Randburg group, to open an account was an issue, service is POOR
