I have just spent 45 minutes standing in 1 queue to get help with resetting my internet banking details as the stupid FNB website refuses to accept the new details, no matter what login and password I want to change it to.

after standing for 45 minutes in the queue, an elderly lady who works there decides she's coming back from doing her shopping and wants to assist. when I tell her what I want to do, she tells me "I must put my name in the register and then join another queue which is 3 times as long as the queue that I am in.

Why couldn't somebody else tell us that in the beginning!!!
I counted 5 different staff members that walked by that queue and not 1 bothered to ask how they can help.
we take our lunch time to go to the bank and they expect us to waste more time standing around like who have nothing better to do.

I will be changing banks as soon as possible
