Arrived at the bank and took one of the queue slips that let you know what number are to get serviced. After having waited in the queue for over 45 mins a breakaway queue that had developed off to the side (mind you the people in this queue didn't even bother getting queue slips) starts getting serviced. I then proceeded to ask why they were receiving help before the people that had been waiting already. I was told that they are decreasing the size of the queue, which they proceeded to do then after finishing that rouge queue, was it only then that we actually received service. so it took me an hour just to get my daily limit Changed. I keep seeing boards saying "If you are not banking with Capitec #AskWhy" to this I now say "If you are banking with Capitec #AskWhy"
