Worst service at Traffic Department

Good day

Yesterday i went to the traffic department in Nigel to reissue my drivers license. I filled in the forms and did the eye test. I then joined the cashier line (there are two cashier booths and only the one was in use despite the amount of staff members wandering around in the offices). I waited for about 45 mins in the queue until the cashier told the customer that she was helping at that moment, that she can't help him any more as it is her lunch hour and he'll have to wait till 14H00 (it was 13H10 at that moment). I could not believe that the cashier left a full queue of customers not saying anything to the other customers in the queue about what is happening.

I eventually left because that was the worst service iv'e ever experienced. Everyone was left stunned in the queue, not knowing what was going on. I understand that people need to have lunch but come on, at least sort your customers out first.
