Waited 32 minutes in the queue, while 3 people were being helped. If it takes this long to assist, then the long process of upgrading phones needs to be addressed! 9 people in the queue, 3 assistants on duty. If 3 out of the 9 also wanted to upgrade, it would mean an hour in the queue! Unacceptable!
