Pathetic service, almost a month, no clear answers

My car was involved in an accident i called them on the 2/4/2013 and Kulile emailed me the forms that I send the following morning. The very same day 2/4/13 I got sms saying an assessor has been appointed. On the 4/4/13 I got another sms saying they received the report from the assessor. 9/4/13 sms... tachnician appointed. Only on the 17/4/13 the appointed technician contacted me requesting more docs. I even gave out my sensitive info (cell records) thinking it will speed up the process. I was told the investigator still have to go the scene (ALMOST A MONTH AFTER THE ACCIDENT)

Till today, almost a month I still don't know whether the car is serviceable or written off
