On the 28/02/2013, I was in a car accident; I went to the police station on the same day opened a case and notified Prime Meridian the same day. I also went as far as taking photos of the car, and sent it through to Prime Meridian on the 28/02/2013. On the evening of 28/02/2013 I received my claim forms which I filled out and sent back to Prime Meridian on the morning of the 02/03/2013 at 09:00. On the 02/03/2013, the assessor came out to my house and assessed my car. I sent Prime Meridian all supporting documents as they were requested, and eventually on the 15/03/2013 I received a sms saying that my claim had been sent to the Insurer for a final decision. It is now 25/03/2013 and I have still not received an answer about my claim and to make things worse my job is now on the line as I can not work my full hours due to non reliable transport. This morning 25/03/2013 I spoke to Mode Boets who sympathised with me, and said she would try and get me an answer by Thursday morning. But if I don't get an answer by then I am going to loose my job you will see I also have a hospital and funeral policy with you and I have never skipped a payment on any of my policies. Please Help.
