MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT CLAIM

ON THE 7TH FEBRUARY 2013 I WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT. ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION WAS COMPLETED AND FORWARDED TO INDWE RISK SERVICES. ON THE 12TH FEBRUARY 2013 THE NECESSARY QUOTES WAS SEND VIA E-MAIL TO THE INSURANCE. AFTER 2WEEKS AN ASSESSOR HAS BEEN APPOINTED FROM THE WEST RAND WHILE I LIVE IN THE EAST RAND. I CONSULTED WITH THE CALL CENTRE ON THE 21ST FEBRUARY AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THIS ASSESSOR WILL BE CANCELLED AND ONE APPOINTED. ON THE 25TH OF FEBRUARY THE MANAGER OF THE CALL CENTRE INFORMED ME THAT THEIR SYSTEMS ARE OFF AND NO FURTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE. THE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM INDWE IS ABOLUTELY PATHETIC AND A DISGRACE TO THE INSURENCE INDUSTRY
