Claim Delayed and unprocessed

Had an accident in Pretoria Schoeman Street just before 9:00 dated 22 July 2013, approached Affinity for a claim, they then asked me to submit relevant documentation which I did, They appointed an assessor to assess the car Tuesday morning, the agreement was that the assessor's report will be sent back to the Insurance within 48 hours, Spoke to Keneilwe/Chamu and Mandy several times regarding my claim, even today this guys are saying they still waiting for the report. The assessor confirmed of sending the report to Affinity on 29 July 2013. They came up with another story that my June debit order didn't come through, I then fax them (0866833669) Bank statement as proof that indeed the debit order went through. As you read my story one can see that this guys are full of stories and empty promises. I appointed an Attorneys to assist me because am sick and tired of stories, Am even going to ask the Ombudsman to intervene.

This is crazy, why hustle when you have Insurance.
