On the 16th June 2013, my son Senosi G.O was involved in an accident and was sent to hospital. The accident was reported in time. Prime meridian gave us the claim number. Later the told us they are doing their own investigations. They requested the sketch drawing of which we did and send them. They then demanded the cell phone to check with Mtn as to whether the cause of the accident was not through talking with the cell. The y send their investigators at the scene but argued that that was not the place where the accident occurred. They argued with the police that they to confirm that they were at the scene. Lastly they refused to repair the vehicle claiming that both my son and the police who have attended the scene are liars about the exact place of the scene. What can we do in this regard?
