Shocking service

I hereby wish to express my utter shock at treatment I have received from Prime Meridian. In the early hours of Saturday, February 23, 2013 my car was and I immediately reported the matter to the police and notified the Prime Meridian of my loss on Monday morning. To date, the claim is still in process - some eights months later. First they appointed an investigator who took an inordinately long time to complete his work. Anyway at the end of July, I got a call from the police that the car has been recovered. I then contacted some Phillip guy who is mis/handling my claim to inform him. He told me that the company we would need to uplift the car from the police station in Brits where it is and take it for assessment in Bryanston. It's now September 02 the car is still at the police station. Firstly it was because "lady who organises tow trucks was on leave" or something; now it's because the car doesn't have a key that it is taking this long to uplift. If this is not shocking service, then I don't know what it is.
