Thumbs Up to Prime Meridian for a Prompt Service

Thank you to Prime Meridian Direct for a speedy response, hassle free process and constant feedback on the claim progress. i was involved in an accident on the Tuesday 19th and this being my first claim for accident i was dreading the ordeal of dealing with the insurance with its long complicated processes. i am pleased to say that my experience with Prime Meridian has been hassle free. they responded promptly, within a hour they sent me claim forms, appointed an assessor and they keep me updated on the step by step progress. a special thank you to Adele Lotz who has been assisting me. she explained the process in its entirety, though highly professional, her caring attitude that calmed me and i was able to sleep peacefully at night. being in an accident and finding yourself without your car is a traumatic experience but if you find that your insurance company is keeping its promises and keeping you updated on progress really puts ones mind at ease.
