I took out laptop contract from mtn. not knowing I am never going to have insurance on something that is going to cost me close to 14000 in 2 years time.

I thought the lady asked me if I wanted extra cover. as I bought I laptop through hi fi corp like that which was money wasting. she only keep on filling in the forms never explained anything. When I asked for my contract she keep on having excuses. Only 5 days ago after my mom phoned her after my laptop has been and start getting cross. and demanded my contract she emailed my contract to me.

After my laptop has been for 4 months. I then get n bill from mtn of over 4000. When I start asking around the lady of mtn who signed the contract then told me did I knew I hd a open line contract which I never new what it meant. and only used my modem for 3 days now after I was sick and tired of waiting to hear from police I asked them to do a sim swop through mtn. Please tell me where does the 4000 comes in
