My car was involved in an accident on the 27th of June 2013, i reported the accident to Prime Meridian and assessor was send after two weeks, and the car was declared a write off, an investigator was also send, the witness were contacted all the necessary procedures were done but even today my car is still parked in my yard Prime Meridian is quiet about my claim, i constantly phone them and they send me from pillar to post, it is almost two months now since i have submitted my claim but to date no one is communicating or doing anything. Prime Meridian is treating people like nonentities their service is extremely horrible they do not take care of their clients. i am still paying my premiums but they treat me as if i owe them or my policy has lapse. i am not happy at all about the treatment i am receiving at Prime Meridian Direct.
