Ipad Fiasco

Today, after 2 and a half months I cancelled my Ipad application from FNB Smart Devices Department. After intital delays on their side for forms I didn't have to fill in, I waited patiently for weeks only to discover that my device somehow got changed to an Ipad mini that was to be delivered by the couriers. I refuse acceptance, ask them to change it and after struggling for another few weeks and complaining on Facebook of all places the matter seems to go to Head Office to sort it out. I speak to them, they let me understand its been sorted and promise delivery on the 16th of April. That date comes and goes, I receive no further replies whatsoever from them and phoning the call centre again today (probably the 15th time I've followed up from my side) I find out that it seems my order hasn't been changed on the system or that the right device has been sent to the courier for delivery. I have never received such lack of service for anything in my life. And it begs the question will FNB be able to finance my home, car etc.? But after tons of frustration I'm taking my business elsewhere where customer service still exists.
