Smart Device Delivery (ipad Mini)

I contacted FNB on the 28th of March 2013 to place a telephonic order for a apple ipad mini. I informed the consultant that my wifes birthday is on the 6th of April and I am getting her this ipad as a birthday present. He informs me he is placing this on the "Priority List" and it should be delivered within 5 working days.

it is now 15 working days later and I still have not received that Ipad. Not even a telephone call or an sms from the courier or FNB to let me know the status of the order.

I have been contacting FNB almost daily to query what is going on. I get transferred from pillar to post and everytime i request to speak to a manager the staff inform me that there is no manager on the floor at the moment. I have even called their complaints department to lay a formal complaint and when I call that dept there is no one available,
I spoke to FNB on the 19/04/2013 to query my delivery and they contact the courier while i am on hold only for them to tell me that the courier DOES NOT HAVE MY ORDER ON THEIR SYSTEM OR IN HAND!
normal delivery time is 10-15 working days.
I have all my accounts and facilities with FNB and after this I might have to rethink who I bank with.
