Ipad mini 64gb ordered

I applied for an Apple Ipad Mini 64Gb the 12 of December. FNB sent me a sms saying due to high demand my order is on hold, which I understand. A week or so later I got another sms saying that my order has been received and the courier company will call me within 24 hours. They haven't. I phoned FNB and they told me that the department dealing with Ipad orders are closed and will only be back on the 7th of January, which I also understand. Then I got a sms on the 12th of January saying the courier company has my order (again) and will contact me shortly to confirm delivery. I phoned Digital Planet, the courier company/distrubution company, on the 14th of January and gave my address. They told me it would take maximum 6 days for delivery. Then I got a sms today, the 16th of January, from FNB, saying due to stock shortages my smart device will only be delivered as soon as possible.
How can FNB help me? Tell me how long I still have to wait because I've been waiting for over a month already! I don't mind waiting a month, I do understand that the smart devices are in high demand, the problem is getting a sms telling me the order has been sent and delivery will be aranged and then nothing
