Wrong smart device delivered

I have ordered an iPad Mini online on the 21st of April. I waited 48 hours before phoning FNB call centre back to find out if my enquiry was approved which it was. They then arranged with me for delivery which took place on the 29th of April. To my surprise and dissapointment the wrong device was delivered. I immediatly contacted FNB to arrange for collection of the device and delivery of the right device as ordered on the 21st of April. They told me that somehow they have captured the incorrect information on the system for the courier. Several frustrating calls later the device was collected from me on the 2nd of May. I haven't received a call back from FNB to make arrangements for the correct delivery since then. On the 7th of May I phone FNB back to find out when I will receive delivery, they then told me they still haven't received the incorrect device back from the courier! Really!!! After another few frustrating conversations with call centre staff and my query was apparently escalated. I was again told to wait 48 hours for feedback.
It is now the 9th of May and still no calls or sms's from FNB. Really poor service!! I WANT THE CORRECT DEVICE!!!
