Disaster trying to order an iPad mini!

I've had it!!!

I applied for an iPad Mini on the FNB website on the 3rd May. Since then I have been involved in a 2-week battle regarding the per month payment cost, as I was told that I needed to pay more than I had signed up for, after an error occurred on FNB's side. FINALLY, last week the ordeal was sorted out and I was informed that my iPad mini was on its way!

I confirmed that I wanted the iPad mini, WHITE, 64GB numerous times:
1. On the original application on the website
2. 3 times telephonically with various people
3. Numerous times in writing over email with RB Jacobs and Althea Moodley

And finally today it is delivered. However a black one is delivered!

When I called the courier company, William told me that that is the instructions they received from FNB.

FNB - as the bank that was voted "Most Innovative" this CANNOT be that difficult for you!

I have absolutely had it! For a Bank that has a slogan of "How Can We Help You" - you are not living up to this! With this kind of service, I wonder if Beep Bank has infiltrated you!
