3 WEEKS and STILL NO iPad!!!

On 23 April, 2013, I ordered an Apple iPad via FNB online, the next day i got a call from a sales consultant, Latoya Monique Snyman, who went through all the T&C's with me and said the courier company will call me a day before delivery, within 10 days from this call, after the call i got a sms stating "congratulation on your smart device..."
Thursday, 9 May (MORE than 10 days later), I called FNB to find out why no delivery, the consultant could tell me why it hasn't been delivered but said i will got the device in the next three days.
Friday came, weekend came and went, Monday morning 13May I Phoned AGAIN, the consultant with a snotty attitude said it takes 2 to three days for the order to be processed, the previous consultant, only submitted the order the Friday, I asked who can I call to escalate this matter if I don't receive it in two days, AGAIN with a snotty attitude she said I must call the same number, I waited ANOTHER three days and called ONCE AGAIN on Wednesday 15 May. The friendly consultant could again NOT give me a reason why I STILL haven't received the device. He said some one would call me back immediately, its 2 days later and still NO CALL OR DEVICE!!! PATHETIC
