I applied for the Cell C Ipad 4 contract on the 27th of March 2013, and was told that I have been approved. I was informed that the device would be delivered to me within a week. Weeks went by, and the device was not delivered. I was told that the warehouse was being relocated, but was assured that I would receive my device shortly.
The incorrect device, the Ipad Mini was then delivered to me on the 8th of May. The incorrect device was collected, and was told by Autopage that they will sort this out asap. It is now the 21st of May, 8 weeks after applying for the contract, and still no Ipad, yet alone feedback from Autopage!!!
I have been trying in vane to get answers today, but no one responds to my emails, and my calls were transferred to different departments until the phone just rang. What must be done to get feedback, or better yet, my Ipad?
