Well where do I start...

My cheque account is with Nedbank
My Bond account is with Nedbank
My motor finance MFC.

I truly feel that I have experienced the worst service with this bank. They offer no customer service what so ever.

1) Motor finance declined due to the fact that I am unmarried and don't have kids.
2) Salary cheque no longer cleared immediately.
3) Can't link my bond account to my profile due to my signature that has changed over time.. Hello I was sitting in front of the consultant with my id document. Surly he could see that I am the person whom the account belongs to.
4) Bond attorney unchangeable
5) Wont exchange? R35.00 change it has to be deposited into an account.

I cant give more information on all of the above as I ran out of character space allowed per complaint.

How on earth can one person experience so much problems with one branch.

I am a very unhappy client and feel that Nedbank does not offer any customer service.

I have logged a complaint with regards to the last problem with head office.

In the eyes of the staff at Nedbank we are only a number they do not care about our business and they don't care about good customer service.
