Time to move to a bank who supports their clients

Applied for debt consolidation loan through my own bank - Nedbank. Wanted to see what they would offer as they are my own bank and have had my account with them for many years. Decline me as say my bond installment puts me out of affordability. Explained it is a joint bond account and my partners salary is deposited in my cheque account (joint account) and i do not pay for the FULL bond!! This is not different to the market?? They use the WHOLE bond installment against my expenses, which is NOT correct! Its a joint bond account! And its not unusual for joint account as not many people can afford a bond on their own salary alone. Every other institution takes this into account, and divides the expense between both the owners of the bond. NOT Nedbank!! Just works off what a PC says and don't use their savvy or take into account each persons personal scenario! Why can other institutions understand this or take this into account?? MY own bank declines me. Yet they have the info to see what they are calculating is incorrect?
I think its time to move my account to a bank who SUPPORTS me and doesn't data capture me into a pc - they look at the client as a PERSON!
