I am extremely unhappy with my Bank Nedbank in the manner they have treated my Bond application.

Being a fist time buyer and bank with Nedbank I applied for a Bond at their South Dale branch. They did not keep me informed about the process and recieved a congratulating phone call that it had been approved at prime 3. I was not happy with the rate and Apllied at Standardbank (Which smsed me through the whole process to keep me up to date). Standard Bank approved me prime 1 and aslo notified me have I been Banking with them I would have been a Titanium customer according to my income and granted a Bond of prime less one as the benifit. Hearing this and the info recieved I then appealed the rate at my Bank NEdbank because I expect better from them. Have not heard a single thing from Nedbank since the 3 days ago I appealed. So we all learn. I will move my account regardless the products I have with Nedbank to Standard Bank and reply in 6 months for a bond at a rate I feel I deserve.
