My name is Kayembe Gilles Ilunga, ID number 860306 5404 082. Last month I made a complaint on Hello Peter for the same thing against Nedbank, but it seems that nothing has been done about this. I currently have a cheque account with another bank and I'm paying my vehicle finance from this account. Last month I was told that my Nedbank account would not be debited again as long as I made my finance payment on time. I paid my finance on the 26th and again my Nedbank account was debited after I had made the payment. This there were no funds in my Nedbank account I have been charged with a huge fee for something which was the bank's fault. Does this make sense??? My Nedbank account number is 1633430766.
