After failing to inform me about a lag between initiation of contract and 3rd debit payment, I was forced to take an extended warranty, (due to time lapse), and only under condition that debit be made immediately, as agreed telephonically. Person responsible has neither replied to emails or rectified situation, even after admitting negligence, and hasn't made telephonic records available as requested.
Litigation will be brought if something happens to my asset and I am not covered.
