I believe i am been over charged with bank charges and servce fees. What a disgrace when you cant even get your personal banker to return any phone calls, let alone trying to get hold of the Nedbank office or branch, and when i actually do get to speak to the personal banker i get told they dont have time to do this. Whoo-hoo Nedbank, you have fantastic attitudes, representing that Nedbank believes as clients we need them, and they dont need us. This would explain the fact that i am unable to get any assistance with my bond that was registered in a manner, by a Nedbank appointed attorney, and after begging and pleading, am still in exactly thesame predicament i was 6 months ago. Yet Nedbank wont forget to debit my account for the bond repayments or to add there bank charges or service fees. I should rather put my money under the matress and deal with the backache than to deal with the ulcers and headaches given to me my Nedbank. You are no longer on my christmas list, and im betting, that Nedbank wont even reply to this complaint.
