I woke up this morning to find that this month I was not only charged my normal R97.00 monthly fee, but in fact an additional transaction was made for something simply referred to as "Service Fee" for some stupid amount.

Seeing as I'm currently out of the country on business, I have no intention of phoning you as it will cost me in the area for R200.00 just to find out what the transaction was for. I contacted FNB via email and did not receive as much as a confirmation that you in fact received my email.

I would like to know what this transaction was for!

Your bank is supposed to be an institution you can trust with your money... how should I trust FNB if you raise service fees left, right and center without an indication as to where the money went, what it was for and by making it impossible to contact you in the regard?
