Explain Bank Charges and Courtesy SMS's

3 days after opening my account (29 April 2013), i get an sms saying 'april transaction fees R15.00' upon query at my branch i am told to query with Client Care. i am put on hold with no indication that anyone is on line anymore after having the consultant treat me like an for not understanding a courtesy sms where they 'round up' your monthly transactions instead of giving you an accurate amount. upon requesting a monthly email statement with a FULL breakdown of my account i am told that this is impossible! why he cannot tell me. i get told i can find this on my internet banking. today i cannot log into my internet banking! how does this help??? it was when he called the supervisor that i lost contact (no indication that there was anyone there for atleast 5 minutes). the transaction fees in question included the monthly charge - for the full day and a half of April that i had the account! so how do i submit my request for accurate courtesy sms's and emailed statements???
