There was on my credit card. I called the FNB call centre and although they could see the transaction pending they refused to cancel it. I cancelled my card, completed the dispute form and just a few days later the balance on my account seemed like it didn't go off. Now this money went off my NEW card because you never cancelled this pending transaction?
A few days later they called me and said that the money did not go off my account (so although they could see it was pending there was no transaction and they cancelled the dispute).
Today the transaction went off my account making my account go into the negative and FNB lo and behold took another R230 fee for my negative account (thanks for letting me pay R230 for someone else's you just make my day).
Clearly this transaction was still on your books, but because there was no transaction you just ignored it. Now someone a R1500 from me that cost me additional fees to FNB.
Can someone please sort this out? How could you allow this to happen. I completed your forms, I notified you, I stopped my card... What more would you want me to do?
