Standard Bank
Money deducted without an explaination

I've written about this before in September 2012 and got a lot of bogus answers. I have a transaction on my business account "SHORTFALL ON ACCOUNT" and they deducted R300 from my account, with R39 in bank charges. First I was told that the money was taken because one of my other accounts @ SB was overdrawn (None was), then I was told that it was because one of my clients cheque's was for R872, but apparently the cheque was made out for R572 (Which wasn't the case), then they came back an told me that i with drew the money at an ATM which I didn't. Now the funny part, if I with drew that money from an ATM why am I getting charged R39 in bank fees and not the normal R7 to with draw the R300.00 and why doesn't the transaction show up as an ATM with drawl but as "SHORT FALL ON ACCOUNT" I am so tired of this B#@S stories. I've had all my accounts at SB for more than 10 years plus and that's how you get treated, maybe it's time I start listening to my friends and find a bank that gives you value for money. I'm paying a lot of bank charges every month and then not to get a straight answer regarding this matter is BAD! I would like to know to how many other this happens?
